No commitment. You can cancel your subscription anytime. On monthly, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. On annual, you keep service until the end of the paid period.

Annual gives -20% (10 months paid instead of 12). Beyond 20 units, -25% (9 months). Example: Pro 1 unit = CHF 11.90/month, i.e. CHF 119/year instead of CHF 142.80.

Yes. Upgrade is immediate: you pay the prorated difference for the remaining period. Downgrade takes effect at the next renewal, with no refund for the current period.

Per-unit pricing is volume-based: the more units you have, the less each extra unit costs. 3 tiers (2-10, 11-30, 31-100). Beyond 100 units, contact us for a quote.

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and TWINT through our payment partner Stripe. All transactions are secure.

Absolutely. Each property has its own plan. You can have one property on Starter and another on Pro. The volume discount applies to the total number of properties, regardless of the plan mix.

On payment failure, Stripe automatically retries several times. Your service stays active during this grace period. If the payment cannot be recovered, the property is set to inactive.
