How much does Lyvo cost per property?
Plans start at CHF 5.90/month per property (billed annually), with a free trial and no credit card required. The AI concierge chatbot is included at no extra cost. No setup fees, no commitment.
How long does it take to set up a property?
Expect around 5 to 10 minutes for your first property. Connect your PMS (Airbnb, Booking, Hospitable…), fill in the essentials (WiFi, check-in, check-out, local tips), and you’re live. Reservations then sync automatically.
What languages are available on the guest side?
The Welcome Book and AI chatbot reply in the guest’s language (auto-detected). French, English, German, Italian and Spanish are supported natively, plus 20+ additional languages through the AI.
Do I need any specific hardware (TV, tablet)?
No, no hardware is required. The Welcome Book is accessible via QR code on any smartphone. For the TV display, any recent Smart TV (Samsung, LG, Android TV) or a Fire TV Stick works out of the box.
Is guest data hosted in Switzerland or the EU?
Yes. Our servers are hosted in Europe (GDPR-compliant), with a Swiss hosting option available on request. Data is never resold or used for third-party marketing.
Can I try Lyvo for free before paying?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get access to every feature, including the AI chatbot. No automatic activation at the end of the trial - you decide whether to continue.
How does Stripe billing work?
Secure payment via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA). Monthly or annual billing (2 months free with annual). Upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Does Lyvo integrate with my channel manager or PMS?
Yes. We support Airbnb, Booking.com, Hospitable, Smoobu, Hostaway, Guesty, Lodgify and more (iCal or native API). The full list lives on our Solutions page, and we regularly add new integrations.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard, no fees, no questions asked. Your data stays available for 30 days (CSV export included), then is permanently deleted per GDPR.
Is there support in French and German?
Yes, our support team replies in French, English and German via email and live chat (CET business hours). Average response time: under 4 hours. A full help center is also available online.
Can I manage multiple properties from one account?
Yes, a single owner account manages an unlimited number of properties from one centralized dashboard. Volume discounts apply automatically from 3 properties onward.
Does the guest need to download an app?
Never. The Welcome Book opens directly in the browser through a QR code or SMS/email link. It’s a progressive web app - lightning fast and still works offline once loaded.
How does GDPR compliance work?
Lyvo is GDPR- and Swiss LPD-compliant: explicit consent, right to erasure, data export, minimization. A DPA (Data Processing Agreement) is available on request for business customers.
What if I don’t have stable WiFi at my property?
The Welcome Book works offline once loaded - guests can check WiFi info, check-in time and access codes without a connection. The TV screen uses the property’s internet but falls back to essential info if connectivity drops.
